Call Logic is a power dialer platform that allows you to call customer's automatically via their  cloud-based platform, instead of hand-dialing your calls one by one. Call Logic includes many features, including allowing you to leave pre-recorded voicemail messages to a customer's answering machine. As well as very comprehensive reporting that allows you to track your agents activity so you can monitor how long they were making calls with time tracking, call recordings to record your agent's calls for coaching and training your team. As well as creating and tracking customize-able dispositions for your customers. Call Logic also has integrations with many of the top CRM platforms around including, Blitz Sales Software, PC Recruiter, and RedTail CRM. Call Logic also has a real time DNC Scrubber which scrubs your calls against the national DNC registry right as you dial and will automatically block calls on the Do not call list so you never have to worry about getting into legal trouble.

 

Overall Call Logic's power dialer  is a very good and feature rich platform but is fairly pricey for a single-line unlimited usage dialer. Call Logic's Dialer platform is $199 a month per user for their unlimited calling plan, and while they do have cheaper packages they have 10 to 40 hour limits on your calling.
