These feature ideas come from you (our customer), and looking at our competitors to find things that you like that we don’t yet offer.
We are excited to launch 2 new features that we think you will love!
Video Calling – You can now video call your prospects from the Prospect Boss platform. If you are using the system to talk to current clients or prospects you already have an existing relationship with, video calling is a great way to keep in touch with them.
This feature will also allow you or your agents to engage with leads. You’ll be able set up video conferences with them through your phone and on your web browser!
With so many businesses moving to the video age of communication, we think this feature will help push your business to the next level.
Dynamic Scripts – Talking to prospects is never cut and dry. Each conversation will go differently but Dynamic Scripts makes it easier. Think of them as a flow chart. You have your regular script with questions, then based on the answer you get, your script changes for what you should say next.
For example: Hi My name is Celeste and I am with Prospect Boss. Do you or your team make phone calls to prospect?
If yes: Great! We have an all-in-one solution that would make that process a lot easier.
If no: What prospecting strategies are you using?
Easy right? You simply select the answer they give you, and it will pull up the next part of the script for you.
We do provide some scripts within the system, however, they are generic so they can be modified to fit your business. The same concept goes with the Dynamic Scripts. Responses to questions can be personalized to your business and the message you want to convey.
